Apple unveiled a shiny new 2018 MacBook Air at its product launch event in Brooklyn on Tuesday. It’s the most sensible redesign of Apple’s cheapest (and definitely cutest) laptop since 2015.
“It’s time for a new MacBook Air, one that takes the MacBook Air experience even further in areas that matter most to our customers,” said Tim Cook.
The new Air is equipped with a 13.3-inch retina display, which is an upgrade of the previous LED backlight. It also has 4 times the resolution.
Apple’s laptop redesigns haven’t been well received in recent years. In the past, the Air had better workmanship and battery life, but not reduced; because it has been deprived of meaningful updates, Ray Wong. by Mashable called it recently “a shadow of his former self.” people have reviled the new keyboards of the MacBook and MacBook Pro. And the most recent machines have MacBook users on Dongle hell.
