Memorial Day sales brought in one of the best discounts we’ve seen Apple watch series 7. Several models of Apple’s flagship smartwatch are currently down to $329 with a $70 discount and a return to their all-time low price. The price is for the 41mm GPS watches, but the larger ones, 45mm models are also $70 off and down to $359.

The Series 7 is only a moderate update of the Series 6, but Apple has made some key improvements. Most notably, the Series 7 has a larger screen that makes it easier to see the time, messages, and other information displayed in complications. The design appears unchanged, but it’s the first Apple Watch to offer IP6X dust protection, making it more durable than previous models. It also supports faster charging – we were able to get 10 per cent juice after a 10 minute charge, and the watch was fully on in under an hour.
Otherwise, the Series 7 is very similar to the Series 6. It features an always-on display, built-in GPS, ECG and blood oxygen measurement capabilities, fall detection, support for dozens of trackable workouts, and more. Our biggest complaint, particularly with the latest model, is its lackluster sleep tracking capabilities – you can only track how long you’ve slept using the native watchOS feature, which contains far less information than you’d get if you were using a Fitbit or Garmin device to do the same. But if you’re not worried about that, the Apple Watch is hard to beat for iPhone users looking to get their hands on a wearable.
