With Netflix’s Marvel TV series leaving the platform and coming to Disney+, we had to wonder if Disney might have plans to bring some of these series back. The good news is that it looks like at least one of them may return. That comes from a report by Production Weekly which apparently a Daredevil reboot could be in the works.
That’s not really a rumor per se, because for those who don’t know, Production Weekly offers listings of shows that are either in pre-production or in production, aimed at film professionals. According to the Daredevil reboot roster, it appears that Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige and Chris Gary have been named as producers.
Not much is known about the reboot at the time of publication, but as Charlie Cox, the actor who played Daredevil in the Netflix series, has been confirmed to be part of the MCU when he makes his official appearance in Spider-Man: No Way Home we only suspect that he will be part of this series.
It’s unclear if the series will pick up where the previous series left off, so we’ll just have to wait and see. Meanwhile, other actors like Jon Bernthal, who played the Punisher in the Netflix series, had also previously expressed interest in reprising their roles.
