Accept a bounty from a bounty board within 30 seconds of landing
This search is relatively straightforward, so we recommend picking a less frequented location like Rocky Reels. Land on the north building where a bounty board will appear. As long as you interact with it and accept the bounty within 30 seconds, you will get credit for it.
Catch a weapon while fishing
For this quest, we recommend landing on a large body of water, like the lake north of Tilted Towers (you can stack the other Tilted Towers quests at the same time). Go to a dock and you will come across a barrel full of fishing rods. From here, throw your line in the water and eventually catch a gun. You have to cast your line at a cluster of fish to get a bite. Make sure it’s clear while you’re fishing as it’s likely other players have landed in that location too. If it’s too hot for you, we recommend the water north of Fort Jonesy or Synapse Station.
Deal damage to opponents while at maximum health and shields
You’ll likely complete this one by playing the course, but if you want to prioritize getting it out of the way quickly, we recommend landing somewhere with guaranteed Slurp Barrels so you get maximum shields right away. These are places like the gas station on the south side of Tilted Towers and on the northwest end of Shimmering Shrine. After stocking up on shields, you need to deal 200 damage, although this doesn’t have to be all in the same game.
Eliminate an opponent before the first charge phase begins
Again, we recommend landing at Tilted Towers as it’s a high-traffic area. You’re bound to bump into other players here, especially as many people will likely try to complete the challenge as well. At the start of a game, you’re also more likely to encounter a less experienced player or someone who doesn’t have a decent weapon. Get as much gear as you can, and with a bit of luck, catch an unsuspecting enemy off guard to ensure elimination before the first rush phase.
Fall down 7 or more floors in Chrome Blob form
There are areas that contain Chrome all over the map. These are locations like Cloudy Condos, Shimmering Shrine, and Herald’s Sanctum, and you can tell by how they appear on the map (they show up gray and purple). Once arrived, damage Chrome structures or open Chrome chests to gain access to Chrome Splashes. Using these items turns you into a Chrome Blob. Go to an area with tall buildings or use the tornado at Herald’s Sanctum to reach the highest point in that area. Use the Chrome Splash and then jump off to complete this quest. In Blob form, you take no fall damage.
Land at The Tilted Towers and finish Rank 10 or better
This is a difficult quest as Tilted Towers is usually very busy, but landing on the outskirts and getting out quickly will give you a better chance of survival. Then play as passively as possible, being careful not to fall into engagements. Depending on your playstyle, it might be easier to do this with a team as they have your back and can revive you if you go down.
Phase through a chrome wall, damaging an enemy within 30 seconds
This one is a lot easier than it sounds as it can damage NPCs. Land at Herald’s Sanctum, go to Herald itself on the north side, and grab a gun along the way. You can move through the Chrome walls without being in blob form. Make sure you’re close enough to have enough time to deal damage. After dealing 75 damage, you will receive points for completing this quest.
