In August 2019, Epic Games added a new “weapon” to its successful Battle Royale game Fourteen days called BRUTE, a mech suit that two players can wear and completely destroy anything in their way. Although Epic said it added the mech suit to help inexperienced gamers get some wins, the weapon / vehicle quickly proved controversial among gamers.
In an announcement On November 16, Epic revealed some changes that come with the. came Fourteen days 6.40 p.m., not least the return of BRUTE, news that not everyone was happy about. The item has been brought back as part of the “War Effort” portion of this season’s storyline, which means it will be used in battle against the monsters next month when the finale hits.
The newly unfolded item is not exactly the same as the one that first came into the game in 2019. Epic calls this version the Salvaged BRUTE, one that was apparently cobbled back together from leftover pieces by the island fighters in preparation for The Convergence.
The Salvaged BRUTE lacks the cover of the original version, and the armor has been reduced, which means that it is much easier for players to take out those huge mech suits. This was supposed to address the controversy surrounding the item when it was first available in the game.
Rather than allowing players to easily decimate opponents, Epic says the Salvaged BRUTE is now designed to effectively defeat hordes of dice monsters. Salvaged BRUTE stations must be financed entirely with gold bars; Players can now start donating them. As a side note, Epic has also brought the shopping cart “vehicle” back into the game.
