Once you have logged into your account Netflix website, you want to select the icon in the top right corner that shows all users. When this menu opens, click on the “Account” button to go to your account’s membership menu.
You will now see your account information. Under the “Membership & Billing” heading, select “Cancel Membership.”
This will take you to the section where you want to confirm your account cancellation. Select the “Complete Cancellation” button to completely cancel your Netflix membership.
After that, you only have access to the streaming service until the next billing cycle.

How to cancel your Netflix subscription on T-Mobile
If you have access to Netflix through T-Mobile, you need to go carrier’s website to complete the cancellation. After logging into your T-Mobile account, you should select “Manage add-ons” under the “I want to” section.
When you get to the add-ons page, scroll down to the Services section. There will be two Netflix subscription plans that you can access through the service. Uncheck the box next to the one you are enrolled with.
A message will appear letting you know that if you remove your Netflix account, you will no longer have access to it. Click the Continue Removal button to remove the payment to Netflix through T-Mobile.
When done, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Continue” to remove Netflix.
You no longer pay for Netflix through T-Mobile. You retain access to the Service for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Now that you’ve successfully canceled Netflix, you can sit back and relax knowing that payment won’t be debited from your checking account every month.
