TIED TOGETHER: How to create vertical slides in Google Slides
To do this, first open and access your favorite web browser google slides. Sign in to your account on the website, then start your presentation.
From your presentation screen, choose File > Print Preview from the Google Slides menu bar.
You see the print preview of your presentation. On this page, click 1 slide with no notes in the toolbar at the top and choose 1 slide with notes.
Slides updates your print preview so you can see the new preview that includes your speaker notes. When you’re happy with how it looks, click Print in the toolbar at the top.
Your web browser’s default print window opens. Select your printer and other options here, e.g. B. which pages to print, the number of copies to print and so on.
If you want to save your presentation as a PDF to attach to an email or print on another device, select your PDF printer from the printer menu. In Google Chrome, this printer is marked as “Save as PDF”.
Then click Print at the bottom of the print window to begin printing your presentation (you’ll click Save if you’ve decided to save your slides to a PDF file).
And that’s it. You now have a physical (or PDF) copy of your presentation with your speaker notes. Take a look at other useful Google Slides features to get the most out of this free service.
