When you upload a video to YouTube and set its visibility to Private, only the people you specify can view that video. If you want to share your private videos with others, do the following on your desktop.
Note: As of this writing, there is no way to share a private video on the YouTube mobile app. You must be using the desktop version of YouTube.
When you share your private video, the recipient will receive an email with a link to watch the video. They need to sign in to their Google account before they can access your video on YouTube.

Share private YouTube videos with someone
To start the sharing process, launch and open a web browser on your computer YouTube Studio. Sign in to your YouTube (Google) account if you haven’t already.
In YouTube Studio, click Content in the left sidebar.
In the right pane, select the private video you want to share. Then click “Private” in the “Visibility” column of that video.
In the menu that opens, under Private, select Share Private.
You will see a “Share video privately” box. Enter the email address of the people you want to invite to view your video here. Then check the Notify me by email box and click Done.
Select “Save” below.
And you’re done. Your recipients will receive an email with a link to your video. Once they click this link, they will need to sign in to their Google account to watch your video.
You can revoke someone else’s access to your video if you want. To do this, click “Private” on your video page and select “Edit” under “Private”. Then delete the email address of the person you want to remove and select Done followed by Save.
And here’s how to selectively share your private YouTube videos with the people you want. Enjoy watching!
