There are little things Samsung Galaxy phones do that some people find annoying. For example, do you need an audible alarm every time you unlock your phone? Or if you plug it in? You can turn that off.
You may want to have sound turned on so you can hear phone calls and other incoming notifications. However, this also includes “system tones”. These are things like the keypad, dialing phone numbers, and the charging and unlocking mentioned above.

To turn off these specific tones, let’s go to the settings. Swipe down once from the top of the screen and tap the gear icon in the top right.
Next, go to the Sounds and Vibration section.
Scroll down to System Sound/Vibration Control.
Now you can turn off “Lock/Unlock Screen” and “Charging” in the upper “Sound” section.
You can also turn off the “Loading” vibration on the same screen.
It is really that easy. Now you can hold your phone in sound or vibrate mode and you will be notified of calls and other notifications, but not unlocking or charging your phone. This is almost always enabled by default on Samsung Galaxy phones, so knowing about it is a good tip.
