It was reported last week that all of Netflix’s Marvel TV shows will be leaving the platform in March. For those who haven’t seen it or want to watch it again and are wondering where these shows are headed, don’t worry because it looks like they’re just changing homes.
According to a report by MobileSyrup, Netflix’s Marvel TV shows don’t appear to be disappearing from the face of the earth, moving to Disney+ instead. We can’t say we’re too surprised since Disney owns Marvel, so Disney+ seems like the perfect match.
This is expected to take place on March 16th, but keep in mind that at the moment it appears it will only be available to Disney+ subscribers in Canada. We expect Disney will eventually make it available to other users around the world who are also subscribed to Disney+, but for now it will only be available in Canada.
We’re not sure if Disney has any plans to possibly revive the TV series. Characters like Daredevil and Kingpin have already been confirmed to be part of the MCU, having appeared in some of Marvel’s more recent films and TV shows, so Disney may have plans for those characters, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
