Samsung recently announced a Galaxy Unpacked event which we are speculating could be for the launch of the Galaxy S22. The company hasn’t given any dates yet, but for those pretty 100% sure they’ll get the phone, it appears that reservations for the handset are already open.
when you go over on Samsung’s website, you can actually make a reservation for the phone. Samsung doesn’t explicitly mention the Galaxy S22, instead calling it the “next Galaxy.” Keep in mind that you’re not actually buying the phone now, you’re simply putting your name on a waiting list so you can secure a spot when the phone is up, if you might not want to miss the first wave.
Samsung’s website also notes that customers who reserve the phone will also receive a $50 credit toward other Samsung Galaxy products. So this is not really a discount, but more of a credit. So if you want to buy accessories or earbuds, you can use this $50 credit and save yourself some money.
The handset is rumored to be announced around February 8th or 9th, so it shouldn’t be too long before we have all the official details.
