Horror fans are celebrating thanks to the many announcements from Silent Hill in October 2022. After the devastating cancellation of PT, Fans of the legendary survival horror franchise wondered if the series would ever return. Now not only are we getting a remake of what many consider to be the best game in the franchise, silent hill 2, but three other new Silent Hill titles are also on the way. While we got a decent look at the remake, the other titles are still a mystery.
Silent Hill city case is one of the most interesting and promising of these new projects. While the teaser was extremely short, leaving more than a little room for speculation, there are a few clues that might indicate what kind of game it will be. If you’re ready to dive back into the mysterious city of Silent Hill, here’s everything we know Silent Hill city case.

Silent Hill city case has no current release date or release window. All we know is director Jon McKellan said during the announcement stream that more would be shown in 2023. Based on that, we don’t expect this game to be out next year, with 2024 being a possibility depending on what’s shown next.
Another unfortunate mystery surrounds Silent Hill city case are the platforms on which we can play it. No platforms were listed in the trailer, meaning there could be some or all of them. We already know Silent Hill 2 Remake will be exclusive to the PlayStation 5 console.
Our only teaser for Silent Hill city case is incredibly short and cryptic.
We get some shots of static and water as someone asks why “you’re here.” They say that “you need to be punished” before seemingly different lines come in from the same speaker. We mainly see a CRTV on a desk, with regular cuts to a shore. The screen will flash with static and some symbols and colors, possibly hiding a message waiting to be deciphered. The teaser ends with a blood-red shot of the beach.
Obviously, that doesn’t do much other than confirm that the game will be published by Annapurna and developed by No Code. No Code has previously worked on some well respected horror games Untold Stories and Monitoring.
Well, aside from being some sort of horror game, it’s impossible to say how Silent Hill city case will actually play. However, if it’s anything like No Code’s previous games, it might be more in the adventure game genre, where you play a more indirect role in interacting with the story.
No Code has never made a multiplayer game, and the series certainly isn’t built for that, so we’re feeling pretty confident about guessing Silent Hill city case will not have multiplayer.
We have no idea when Silent Hill city case coming to stores or even what platforms it will come to. Until then we have to hold back with pre-orders.
