Xiaomi has started teasing the launch of its 11T Pro outside of Europe. As a reminder, it was first released in Europe in September last year as the first smartphone with a 120 watt quick charge function for its 5,000 mAh battery. Almost four months after the release, everything is set to become official in India on January 19th.
Recently, Xiaomi India announced the launch of the 11T Pro on Twitter and marketed it as “The Hyperphone” for its lightning-fast charging speed. It is expected to come onto the market in three memory variants: 8 GB RAM / 28 GB storage, 8 GB / 256 GB and 12 GB / 256 GB. In Europe, it’s an upper mid-range smartphone that starts at 649 euros, but is likely to be cheaper in India.
It takes a revolution to create a powerful smartphone like this one.

While Xiaomi India will reveal further features of the Mi 11T Pro in the coming days, it should be similar to the European version. It is equipped with a 6.6-inch FHD + 120 Hz 10-bit AMOLED display with Dolby Vision and Gorilla Glass Victus. The smartphone is powered by last year’s flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 memory.
On the front of the camera, it has a triple rear-view camera led by a 108 megapixel main camera, an 8 MP ultra wide angle lens, and a 5 MP macro camera. You also get a 16 MP selfie shooter. Other features include Dolby Atomos-supported dual stereo speakers, tuned by Harmon Kardon, and MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11.
The Xiaomi 11T Pro competes against the OnePlus 9RT, which will also be launched in India that same week, launching another competitive mid-range phone.
